ABOUT THE PROJECTAW LAB, a leading player in Italy's sport-style scene and part of the global footwear giant Bata Group, sought a website revamp to align with their dynamic brand identity.

AW LAB aimed to elevate the online shopping while staying true to their reputation in fashion sportswear.

GOALS AND NEEDS

The main objectives included redesigning the website and reflecting the new physical store concept as well, strengthening the brand’s online presence, and creating a design tailored to a young female audience. Ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience that mirrored the vibrant ambience of the physical stores was crucial.

OUR RESULTS

In Vulcano we used an agile methodology, that enabled a swift and efficient redesign process. The project was divided into several sprints, each concentrating on specific elements such as UI kit, menu, product pages, etc.

This approach ensured rapid, structured progress, immediately enhancing navigation and user experience.

The new design enhanced AW LAB's brand appeal, particularly resonating with young female shoppers, and significantly increased engagement and satisfaction among all users. Ongoing post-launch support and comprehensive image upload guidelines streamlined content management.

We've redesigned a seamless shopping experience that aligns with the aesthetics of the physical store, creating an online space where you can freely express your personality and go beyond simple trends.
